USSF Home Class/Registration Details Assessment Details Pricing

We have posted our basic pricing structure below. Please contact us for more information and more accurate pricing for your state association.

The figures below cover the following items:

• Full Class, USSF Registration, and Assessment Modules
• Training of appropriate state-level personnel (SRA, SYRA, SDA, SDI, etc)
• Import of most recent USSF registration data if available. Up to 3 years of registration history can be imported for free.
• Public web site with Content Management Software that the state can use to control the content through a MS Word style editor. This is the public portal used to access the registration system.

The Assigning Software is a separate cost and is based on the anticipated number of events/games through the year. Special Discount pricing is given to States that use the system for state-wide tournaments and events.

STANDARD SYSTEM PRICING

1. Annual Licensing - A flat recurring charge each year as the contract is renewed.

• Estimate: $750 - $1,500
• Due: Beginning of each registration year

2. Registration Processing Charge - A processing fee to be charged for each record that is transmitted to USSF. One charge per referee, assessor, assignor, and instructor registration, per year. Upgrades, etc would be considered separate transmissions.

• Estimate: $0.75 per transaction in 1st year
        $0.18 per transaction in subsequent years
• Due: End of each Quarter based on registration activity

3. Electronic Payment Processing Charge - A processing fee for each electronic payment that is processed through the system on behalf of the Client (Credit Card / PayPal). This is a separate charge from what PayPal or your credit card processor will charge. Their fees are typically 2-3% of each processed payment.

• Estimate: 0.5% to PAS for each electronic payment transaction
• Due: End of each Quarter based on registration activity

OPTIONS / ADD-ONS

Online Ticket / Support System - A very robust support system that allows for users to enter tickets online or via email. Responses can be entered by logging in or replying to the original email. “Live Chat” function is available as well. We provide the software and you provide the users to handle the support tickets and live chat.

• Estimate: $250 per year. Additional $99 per year for Live Chat feature.
• Due: Beginning of each registration year

Custom Development - Cost of customized development to meet state-specific needs. Upgrades that are beneficial to the majority of current or potential users of the system are generally free. Cost is determined on a case by case basis.

• Estimate: Small efforts are priced at the hourly development of $90 per hour. Larger efforts are priced on a per-job basis.
• Due: Upon completion of development and verification of function. Larger jobs may require a down payment of up to 50% of the estimated cost.
