The figures below cover the following items:
The Assigning Software is a separate cost and is based on the
anticipated number of events/games through the year. Special Discount
pricing is given to States that use the system for state-wide
tournaments and events.
ANNUAL SYSTEM COST
- Package Cost - Base cost of the system

Registration Only Package - Cost: $0.50 per Exported Registration Record (Minimum of $750 / year)
- Full Class, USSF Registration, and Assessment Modules
- Training of appropriate state-level personnel (SRA, SYRA, SDA, SDI, etc)
- Import of most recent USSF registration data if available.
- Due: Quarterly based on activity
- Learning Only Package - Cost: $0.75 per Class Roster Record (Minimum of $1,000 / year)
- Build-your-own test/quiz module. Our easy-to-use interface lets you enter your own presentation slides, test questions, and answers.
- Unlimited storage space for images, video, and multimedia presentations
- Useful for Training or Testing
- Due: Quarterly based on activity
- Registration and Learning Package - Cost: $1.00 per Exported Registration Record (Minimum of $1,250 / year)
- Includes all features of Registration and Learning Packages
- Save 20% off of inidividual pricing
- Due: Quarterly based on activity
- Electronic Payment Processing Charge - A processing fee for each electronic payment that is processed through the system on
behalf of the Client (Credit Card / PayPal). This is a separate charge from what PayPal or your credit card processor will charge. Their fees are typically 2-3% of each processed payment.
- 3rd Party Merchant Account - Cost: 3rd Party Pricing + 0.5% per Electronic Payment

- Your 3rd Party Merchant will charge their rates to collect payment. We collect an additional
transaction fee for electronic payments. No charge for Pay at Class option.
- Due: Quarterly based on activity
- PAS Merchant Account - Cost: No higher than 2.5% + $0.40 per Electronic Payment
- Cost varies by volume but is typically 2.5% + $0.40 per transaction
- The 0.5% PAS charge is waved
- Nightly payment settlement and deposits to your bank account
- Fees will be withheld at Settlement / Deposit
ONE - TIME / OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
- Setup / Training / Import (REQUIRED) - One-Time $1,500 fee
- System Initialization and Setup
- Online Training of Group Admin users
- Import recent registration data
- Additional charges may apply if importing more than 20,000 records
- Due: 50% must be paid prior to the system activation
- 3rd Party Merchant Integration - An interface to process payments via a 3rd party merchant processor.
- API / Specifications document is required for an accurate quote and implementation.
- Estimate: $250 - $5,000 based on the complexity of the integration.
- A minimum of $2,500 will charged to integrate with a merchant processor not listed above.
- Due: 75% must be paid prior to the start of any programming. The remainder is due upon completion.
- Custom Development - Programming to meet state-specific needs. Cost is determined on a case by case basis.
- Hourly development rate of $90 per hour. (Some efforts may be priced on a per-job basis)
- Due: Upon completion of development and verification of function. Larger jobs may require a down payment of up to 50% of the estimated cost.
